How to Make a Mango Facial Mask | DIY Spa Facials

A lot of people love mango as a snack to eat
but I bet you didn’t know that a mango is also an incredible ingredient for your skin. It’s a great source of vitamin C and it’s
super hydrating and rich for your skin. So right now we’re going to make a mango face
mask. You’re going to need to mash up one whole
mango, which I’ve already done in a bowl here. And we’re also going to use a quarter cup
of honey, preferably warmed, so that it’s just easier for blending purposes and we’re
also going to use almond oil which is really anti-aging and is a great anti-inflammatory. So let’s put everything together. I’m going to add my honey to my mango. Now, I’m going to add one tablespoon of almond
oil. Like I said, mango oil is a great anti-inflammatory
so it’s incredibly anti-aging. Combined with the hydrating properties of
the honey and the vitamin C of the mango this is an incredible anti-aging mask. It’s also really good for anybody who’s had
a lot of sun damage and you really don’t need this to be very thick on the surface of the
skin. The mango juice mixed with the honey and the
almond oil is really what’s going to make this amazing for your skin. So you just apply a really thin layer, as
you can see I’m doing now, and you can see there’s a ton of mango here without me having
to apply, you know, big pieces of mango to my skin. You’re going to leave this on for 20 minutes
and then rinse with tepid water. Your skin is going to be lifted and be hydrated
and it’s going to be soft and glowing when you’re done. It’s an amazing anti-aging treatment and something
you can really do once a week if you want to give yourself a real head start in the
anti-aging department.
