DIY Face Masks (Sheet Masks) | Sonal Sagaraya #DIYWithSonal

Hey guys! Welcome back πŸ™‚ I hope you all had a great weekend. I’m super excited to share this video with you all I’ve been working on this for a while
now. So I’m a big fan of sheet masks the only problem is that they’re not
easily available. I mean they are available but they’re a little expensive The one’s at Sephora are for like four hundred thirty rupees and I do have a few other masks that i got in subscription
boxes but they are pretty expensive like I checked online and for thousand two hundred, thousand three hundred rupees you get like three to
four masks. So I started looking for cheaper alternatives and I found
these. These are basically sheet masks compressed into a tiny tablet you just
put this into any solution and it expands into a mask like this i’ll be
showing you guys four different recipes that you can try out with these masks. Also make sure you stay tuned towards the end of the video I’ll have more details on everything else towards the end so the first one is
going to be a cucumber lemon mint mask this is perfect for all skin types add
about two to three teaspoons of cucumber juice followed by a teaspoon of mint
extract you could also use peppermint oil and a
little bit of lemon juice when you’re done with that quickly give it a stir
and then just remove the plastic and throw in your sheet mask into the
solution and guys it is so satisfying to watch it expand now moving on to the second one this is
again meant for all skin types i’ll be using a little bit of distilled
water you can use filter water instead for this i’ll be using my midnight
recovery and iris extract from kiehl’s you can use whichever serums you have also
you could use rose water almond oil vitamin e oil basically any
facial oil or serum once you done just give it a quick stir and drop the sheet
mask and you’re ready to go the third mask is great for normal to
dry skin all you need is a little bit of
distilled water or filtered water i’ll be using about a teaspoon of Glysterin you’ll find this at your local chemist and then just squeeze in a tiny
amount of lemon juice in there this recipe is great for people with
acne as well and this last one is my favorite recipe because it’s meant for
people who have a problem with sleeping like myself so just add a little bit of distilled
water and i’ll be adding about two drops of peppermint oil and two drops of the
eucalyptus oil now make sure you don’t use more than
two drops because these oils are pretty strong and might burn your eyes and also
it might tingle your skin and please do not use this if you have acne or pimples so once you’ve made a mask of your
choice all you have to do is wait for it to soak up and then just open it very
carefully this might be a little difficult to do if you have long nails
because these masks are pretty fragile so this is what the mask looks like all you have to do is apply
it so the one that I’m using is the peppermint and eucalyptus one and guys
this one is so relaxing all you have to do is let it sit on your
skin for about 10 to 20 minutes depending on how wet your mask is i would recommend 15 to 20 minutes I have another option for those of you
who don’t really care much about the masks these are facial towels and they pretty
much the same thing they just open up into a tablet instead
of a mask also these are a little cheaper than the face mask so those
were a few recipes that you could try out with the sheet let me know in
