Coffee Face & Body Polishing & Brightening Ubtan – Removes Acne Scars, Sun Tan, Spots & Dark Circles

Hi friends, this is Ramya from wild turmeric. In this video, I wanted to share an amazing facial ubtan using coffee. This is not a traditional ubtan but it has
multiple skin benefits. All the ingredients used in this ubtan have
powerful antioxidant and anti-aging properties. This ubtan will help fade dark spots, remove suntan, prevent acne and will help minimize fine lines. This facial ubtan can be used for both face and body. It can be used for both oily and dry skin
too depending on the liquid it is mixed along with. It is also a wonderful exfoliator and will
help remove dead skin very effectively and finally this ubtan smells amazing. It is always a treat to use products that
smell good and this ubtan is wonderfully fragrant. There are few recipes that I would suggest you should definitely try and this coffee ubtan is one of them. On the scale of 1 to 10, I would rate it a
10, a really must try ubtan. Just give this ubtan a try once and you’ll
never stop using it, it is that good. The first ingredient we need for the ubtan
is coffee. Coffee is rich in antioxidants and when used on skin externally, it helps prevent free radical damage. It improves blood circulation, giving a nice
glow to our skin. It also exfoliates the skin well along with
minimizing fine lines and wrinkles. I have used organic freshly ground coffee
powder for this ubtan and it made the ubtan smell amazingly good. If you can get organic coffee beans, grind
them in a dry mixer to a fine powder and use. Else use any coffee powder that you have at home. If your coffee powder is very coarse, grind
it up once in a dry mixer and then use. The second ingredient we need is oats. Oats have powerful antioxidant properties
and helps reverse the damage caused to our skin by pollution and sun exposure. It has a soothing effect on our skin and helps reduce inflammation and calms even the most irritated skin. It also brightens our skin tone amazingly
well. To use, grind a tablespoon of oats in a dry
mixer. I only get instant oats in the local departmental store near my village that I get my provisions regularly from. You can also use rolled oats, if you can get it in your place. The third antioxidant-rich ingredient used
in this recipe is cocoa powder. Cocoa powder prevents sun damage, heals damaged skin and slows down aging of the skin. It also helps reduce skin inflammation. If you can get organic cocoa powder, please use that. I had this cocoa powder at home so I have used it in this recipe. The final ingredient we need is vanilla bean powder. This ingredient is optional but it has amazing anti-aging properties. So if you’re looking for an anti-aging ubtan then I would highly recommend using it. Vanilla bean powder is just ground-up vanilla beans. I got it the last time I visited Thekkady. Some baking stores also regularly stock vanilla bean powder and you can also order it online. I leave the link for buying it online in the
description box below. Vanilla bean also have powerful antioxidant properties and it makes this ubtan smell amazing. To make the ubtan, take a tablespoon of cocoa powder in a cup. Add in quarter teaspoon of vanilla bean powder. Add in a tablespoon of coffee powder too. Finally add in a tablespoon of ground oats. Now mix well with a spoon. This ubtan will last well for weeks together, if stored in an airtight box away from moisture. But for best results, I would suggest making small batches like this especially if you want it to smell good. I would suggest using it weekly twice for
best results. Take the required amount of ubtain in a bowl. Reserve some of the water that you soak your rice in. Add the rice water to the ubtan. Now mix well with a spoon. To use, massage your face and body with this ubtan. Take the required amount of ubtan in a bowl. Add in enough milk to form a paste. Now mix well with a spoon. If your skin is extremely dry, mix quarter
teaspoon of malai into the mixture too. Malai is the fresh cream that forms on top of the boiled milk. Once mixed well, use it for your face and
body. Regular use of this ubtan will give a radiant glow to your skin. I hope you found this video useful. If you like to support me and this channel,
