[이너케어] 여드름과 음식 | 그리고 대체음식까지 알려드릴게요.👉

(What’s in DONY’s basket?) I just went grocery shopping. So let me show you guys what kinds of stuff I usually buy. (What I bought.) All of these products are things I usually buy when I go grocery shopping. I don’t usually cook at home, so instead of ingredients to cook with, I buy foods that are good for acne or help clear up acne. To briefly explain what foods that are bad for acne are, First, dairy products. Second, sugary foods. Third, floured and fried foods. And fourth is red meat. Honestly, the list is endless. But these four are particular bad for acne. First, the reason dairy products aren’t good for your skin is because if you drink milk, it messes with your hormones. So it’s known to affect break-outs. We used to get force-fed milk because people said it made you grow taller and it was healthy, right. But if you look at what’s coming out now, they say milk is actually not great for you. It’s not good for your bones. And it’s the worst food for acne. You would’ve seen these articles. But if you actually try dairy products, you’ll notice yourself that they’re really just the worst for acne. So you need to start removing these from your diet. There are a lot of alternatives to dairy lately. There’s almond milk, and rice milk, and you might be more familiar with soy milk. There are a lot of alternatives to help cut dairy from your diet. Are you familiar with ‘Almost Breeze’? And we have Adeseu lately. There’s a lot of almond milks. If you look up rice milk, there’re quite a few. And our staple, soy milk. There are a lot of replacements for milk if you just look. So I recommend replacing milk in your diet with almond milk, rice milk, and soy milk. Even if you just replace your milk with these, you’ll notice you’ll get less pimples. Secondly, why are sugary foods bad for acne? Acne is closely related to male hormones. If we eat sugary foods, our blood sugar goes up and our body produces insulin. But the molecular structure of insulin is similar to male hormones, so our bodies can’t tell the difference between insulin and male hormones. When insulin is released, our bodies improperly take it as male hormones, and we get pimples. Foods that raise your blood sugar, really sugary foods, are not good for acne. I looked for things we could replace sugar with. I’m not sure if you guys are familiar with stevia. Stevia is three times sweeter than sugar, but it doesn’t raise your blood sugar. Diabetics apparently have enjoyed stevia for a while now. I personally love chocolate. I can’t quit. But you know that chocolate is full of sugar, right? But now they’ve come out with chocolates with stevia as a sugar replacement. One of the representative products is this Cavalier brand of chocolate. This is the Cavalier Cocoa Nibs 85%. They use stevia in place of sugar, so it doesn’t raise your blood sugar. So it’s not bad for acne and good for people on diets. It’s also really great for people with diabetes. Try it out. The third is flour and fried foods. Flour and fried foods are the hardest to cut out. Especially snacks. What could you possible replace those with? This is the hardest one. But when I used to really try to take care of myself, I ate this a lot. These are puffs made from brown rice. It’s actually a snack for little kids. It has almost no sugar, and it has no chemical additives. This means it won’t cause break-outs. Of course it’s not a real replacement for snacks, but it’s not bad. People with acne, go ahead and try eating something like this. And there are a lot of breads that are made without white flour like whole-wheat and rye bread. Try something like that. They’re not as tasty, but they’re breads that won’t cause acne. Finally, red meat. There’s a lot of debate on whether red meat affects acne or not. But you guys should be able to tell for yourselves. If you eat a lot of red meat, you’ll get some skin trouble the next day. I looked for things to replace red meats, and you’ll naturally find seafood. If you eat those guys, it does help with acne. But you guys know that little guys with legs and our buddies swimming in the ocean taste totally different. So they’ve said that eating 200g or less of red meat is going to help with break-outs. So for people who have skin trouble after eating red meat, eating 200g or less or switching to seafood will help out with that. I’ve had bad acne since I was little, so I’ve shared with you guys some of the foods that helped me manage it. I didn’t receive any aid or ad revenue for any of these products. So you can trust me and try these products. When you go grocery shopping, or even online, try getting some of these products. These are all replacement foods, so you might think they won’t be very good. But in spite of that, they’re not that bad. And they really do work as replacements. I really wanted to introduce you guys to some of these, so I hope it help out. I’ll come back with an even better video next time, guys. Bye~
